Pickup hours
8am - 6pm (all 7 days a week unless a Holiday - which will be posted)
Registered owner is the only person that can pick up vehicle or get anything out of vehicle

To pick up, you must have
 

-Valid drivers license
-Current insurance
-Current registration
 

CASH only for payment to pickup. 



 

Accidents


 

Full coverage need proof of current ownership registration and  insurance plus matching drivers license to get any personal belongings  out of vehicle .


- PLPD or no insurance - customer is 100% responsible for tow  bill and storage. Nothing can be removed from car until tow bill is  paid.

CASH only on all impounds  


*If the vehicle is not drivable, it can be towed out by a towing company or on a trailer Still need Proof of ownership (Title and matching drivers license)
